Each of our properties is selected to be part of Sweetcombe individually. We use our knowledge and experience to advise owners on how the properties must be maintained and set up in order to provide high quality self-catering accommodation. We only take on properties that are the equivalent to a 3 star and above. We ensure that all our properties have regular spot checks and maintenance inspections to check that our exacting criteria is being maintained as well as ensuring each property has health & Safety documents checked and stored by Visitor Ready.

Once a property has been approved by Visitor Ready, the digital compliance badge will be displayed on the property page.
