Marketing & Administration

We look after all the property promotion and administration – it is in our interest to get property owners as many guests as possible. Sweetcombe charge a commission per booking for the services available below:

Housekeeping & Agency Managed Services

On top of the marketing and administration, we are able to provide a housekeeping and agency managed service for a monthly fee. This takes away any hassle or work on your part, offering owners peace of mind in knowing your property is taken care of and always presented to the highest standard. Our experienced team is responsible for making sure your property runs smoothly throughout the year, from overseeing changeovers to stress free problem solving. The monthly fee varies depending on the number of bedrooms, please see below for the services available within the monthly management fee:
