You can put your mind at ease knowing your property is being looked after by a local family with over 35 years’ experience in the holiday cottage industry. All our properties are within easy reach which enables us to personally manage each property. We are more than happy to do everything from marketing your property, arranging the changeovers, liaising with the guests and organising any property management you may wish us to do.
We have a wonderful team of housekeepers who present the properties to the high standard that Sweetcombe guests are used to. Your housekeepers will make sure the property is clean and guest ready.
We organise a laundry service and liaise with our housekeepers and laundry each week so that our changeovers run smoothly. We are more than happy to help you source laundry and towels at competitive rates.
We offer a 24 Hour call out service: Each of our guests are given a 24 hour call out number so they are able to get hold of one of us out of office hours. This allows our guests to contact us in and emergency, if there is a maintenance issue or if they just need a hand opening the key safe upon their arrival.
We use local tradespeople who we know and trust and can organise anything from gas safety checks to re- decorating. We have a team of friendly, reliable handymen who work with us on maintenance jobs big or small.
