Waterside cottage occupies a really convenient location right in the centre of Sidmouth backing onto the River Sid and within a few minutes level walk of the seafront. The house has recently been refurbished, stylishly furnished and is tastefully decorated throughout.
Entrance hall with stairs leading to first floor. Newly fitted spacious kitchen with integrated appliances. Dining area with bay window overlooking the River Sid. Cloakroom with WC and utility room. Door to rear enclosed courtyard giving side access. Cosy living room with electric coal effect fire and wood effect flooring. On the first floor are three bedrooms. One with a double bed overlooking the river Sid. One with twin beds and one with a 4 ft bed. Modern bathroom with bath, large walk in shower, hand basin and WC. Jacobs Ladder long stay car park is a 15 minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks.
