Accessed via the main entrance, eight steps lead down to the apartment. Immediately to the right is a well equipped kitchen. A further door opens into the central hallway, where there is a shower room and WC.

To the left of the hallway is a spacious and comfortable lounge with a smart TV and a dining table for shared meals or games. To the right of the hallway sits the main double bedroom, complete with a chest of drawers and wall hanging space. A rear door from this room provides direct access to the private courtyard, perfect for a morning coffee or a breath of fresh sea air.

Leading off the lounge are doors to two further bedrooms, reached via a small set of steps. This section of the apartment has a distinctive, cave like feel that adds character and charm. One bedroom is arranged as a twin, the other as a single, with a large wardrobe positioned in the space between the two rooms.

A residents/visitors parking permit (supplied at the property) allows parking in front of the terrace, however this does not guarantee a parking space at all times. Jacob's Ladder long stay car park is a 5-minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks.
