The seafront, shops and restaurants are all within a 2-minute level walk. The owners have thought of everything required to make this a real home from home; pets are especially well catered for. The apartment has been tastefully decorated throughout, with modern furnishings, and although the apartment is on the lower ground floor the accommodation is surprisingly bright and airy with large sash windows to the front of the property.

A flight of external steps down to small outside sitting area with a storage area. Entrance to living room with dining area and an electric fire. Large windows overlooking front outside sitting area. Very well-equipped galley style kitchen with modern range of units and appliances. Bathroom with a walk in shower and WC. Main bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room with WC and French doors leading to a small rear courtyard. Second bedroom with a double bed, both bedrooms are well furnished with wardrobes and drawers for storage. A residents/visitors parking permit allows parking in front of the Terrace, however this does not guarantee a parking space at all times. Jacobs Ladder long stay car park is a 5-minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks.                                                      

Camping chairs, picnic equipment and a selection of Golf Clubs/bags are available for guest use.

Children over the age of 8 years old welcome.

The apartment was light and airy. Kitchen was very well eqipped with appliances and utensils. Lounge was very comfortable and we were able to watch netflix. Easy to connect to wifi too. The shower rooms were modern. Fantastic location by the sea and close to shopping area. Would definitely stay here again. I wish I could live here. Credit to the owners for making this a lovely property.
