The apartment has been tastefully decorated throughout, with modern furnishings, and although the apartment is on the lower ground floor the accommodation is surprisingly bright and airy with large sash windows to the front of the property.

Main bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room with WC and French doors leading to a small rear courtyard. Second bedroom with a double bed, both bedrooms are well furnished with wardrobes and drawers for storage. A residents/visitors parking permit allows parking in front of the Terrace, however this does not guarantee a parking space at all times. Jacobs Ladder long stay car park is a 5-minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks.                                                      

Camping chairs, picnic equipment and a selection of Golf Clubs/bags are available for guest use.
