The first bedroom offers versatile sleeping arrangements with twin beds that can be made into a super king on request, along with shelving and a hanging rail for storage. A separate shower room features a walk-in shower and WC. The second bedroom boasts a super king-size bed, drawers, and hooks with hangers, as well as a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and WC.

Parking: You have 30 minutes unloading in front of the apartment (unrestricted from 18.00hrs - 09.00hrs).  There are short stay car parks off the high street, the long stay car park is Lime Kiln at the end of the sea front, a 3-7 day permit can be purchased through East Devon District Council online or the RingGo parking app- this ticket can be used for all EDDC car parks. There is also a free car park by the Public Hall (nearer than Lime Kiln and overnight parking allowed) and also a small car park behind the grocers in Brook Road.
