with a double bed and superb views over Sidmouth and
an en-suite bathroom with electric a shower over the bath, WC

with a bay window and a king size bed.

bathroom with fine fitted bespoke furniture, a large bath, separate
shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 3: The stairs to second
floor lead to a lovely spacious twin bedroom with sloping
ceiling and Velux window with a black out blind.
Outside the rear garden has a
raised patio area with countryside views towards Salcombe
Hill.
Parking is unrestricted roadside
parking adjacent to the property and in the nearby residential
roads.
Guests can explore
the Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying
stunning walks in Areas of
Outstanding Natural Beauty and The
South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy and Seaton
Tramway are all nearby for fun filled days with the
kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby,
from Paddleboarding and water
skiing to Golf at Sidmouth
Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a
wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants,
including Otterton
Mill and The
Pig at Combe.
