The National Trust riverside walk, "The Byes" and park are also within a few minutes walk. The accommodation is spacious, bright and airy with comfortable and tasteful furnishings and colour schemes throughout. The property has high quality fittings in the kitchen and bathroom.
A sitting room with marble effect fireplace and gas living flame fire. Cloakroom with W.C. Kitchen/breakfast room with integrated appliances and a dining area. Door to outside sitting area. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a single bed. A bathroom with white suite and a shower over the bath, W.C. Outside there is a small sitting area at both the front and back. Private parking next to the property for one car.
By car: From the A3052 Exeter to Lyme Regis road at the Bowd Inn take the B3175 turning towards Sidmouth.
By bus: From Exeter bus station take number 9 bus to Sidmouth Triangle. Approximately 50 minutes.
By train: The closest train station is Honiton. Approximately 15 minutes away.
By plane: The closest airport is Exeter International. Approximately 30 minutes
