The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, storage drawers, a built-in hanging space, and its own en-suite shower room for added convenience. A second staircase leads you back down to the kitchen, maintaining the cottage's traditional character and flow.
From the landing, 8 steps lead up to a private terrace area. There are a further 14 steps in this split-level outdoor space with a charming summer house and seating area, where guests can soak up the views across the valley- a tranquil spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.
Parking- Whilst this property does not have any private parking, there is free unrestricted parking 50m down the lane. Plus ample parking on a donation basis behind the village hall a 5-7 min walk from the cottage.
This Branscombe holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring East Devon's Jurassic Coast. Guests can enjoy scenic walks along the South West Coast Path (just 400yrds from the cottage through the church yard), relax on Branscombe's dog-friendly beach, or visit local attractions such as The Donkey Sanctuary, Pecorama, and Sidmouth's boutique shops and restaurants. By car: From the A3052 Exeter to Lyme Regis road take the right hand turning to Branscombe. For Beer carry on and take the next right hand turning.
By bus: From Exeter is takes approximately 1 hour by bus
By train: The closest train station is Honiton. Approximately 15 minutes
By plane: The closest airport is Exeter International. Approximately 30 minutes.
