A charming period cottage situated within a minutes walk of the shops and restaurants in Sidmouth town centre and just off the seafront. The cottage has been completely renovated with tasteful furnishings throughout. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable ideal for a holiday at any time of the year with many homely touches.

On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom at the front of the property with a king size bed.

Bedroom 2: with zip and link beds that will be made up as a twin unless requested to be made as a super king. 

Spacious tiled bathroom suite with a bath, WC and hand basin.

On the second floor there is a further spacious bedroom

Bedroom 3: with twin beds that can be made up as a super king on request.

An en suite shower room with shower, WC and hand basin.

Private parking for 1 car on the nearby Mill Street car park.

 

The local area is surrounded with lovely walks, inland along the East Devon Way or along the Southwest Coast path. Locations nearby are Botanical gardens in Bicton  or take in Devon's numerous National Trust properties. Exeter City is in easy reach with its Cathedral and shopping centre.

The cottage was lovely and in a good location. It does require a little maintenance and it should be mentioned that the stairs could be a little difficult for some
