Bethany is a spacious, beautifully refurbished town house. The accommodation is presented to a standard with tasteful and comfortable furnishings throughout.

The beach, seafront, indoor swimming pool, children's play area, shops and cafes are a short walk away. The footpaths overlooking the Jurassic Coast are easily reached from the house. The house is in a quiet residential area of the town centre approached via a footpath some 200 yards from vehicular access, so no passing town traffic. The meaning of the name Bethany is 'House of Welcome' and we very much look forward to welcoming you. 

There is a spacious, light and airy sitting room with electric wood burner effect fire. Dining area with extending dining table. There is a very well-equipped kitchen with door to a utility room leading to the rear courtyard.

On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king size bed.

The second bedroom has a single bed. 

There is a family bathroom with a modern white suite comprising a bath, separate walk in shower and W.C.

On the second floor there is a further twin bedroom.

Outside there is an enclosed south facing courtyard style patio with garden furniture. 

PARKING: This property has a permit for one space in the Mill Street car park around 150m from the cottage.

If your party has further cars, the long stay car park is located on Manor Road near Jacobs Ladder approximately 10-15 min walk. 3-7 day digital permits can be purchased online through the EDDC website or the RingGo parking app. These tickets are valid in all East Devon District car parks (note maximum stay).

Sidmouth is surrounded by exceptional countryside- much of which has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty or is owned by the    National Trust. This busy and attractive town, with its abundance of interesting, independent shops and eateries is well worth a visit, whilst the esplanade overlooks the picturesque and tranquil clean beach.

Sidmouth & East Devon host an array of events throughout the year from Sidmouth Walking Festival & guided walks,  Budleigh Salterton Literary FestivalConnaught-at-Christmas,   Exeter Christmas Market and Sidmouth International Jazz & Blues Festival.  During the first week of August Sidmouth hosts the annual; Folk Festival which really brings the town alive with folk music concerts, dancing, children's events and street performances.
