The hallway leads through into a spacious living and dining room at the front of the house, featuring a dining table to seat six and a comfortable lounge with a bay window framing the sea. Step outside onto the patio for morning coffee, then stroll directly down onto the pebbled beach.

Just off the lounge, a cosy TV/cinema room awaits, complete with a projector, blackout blinds, a three-seater sofa, and pouffes- perfect for movie nights after a day by the sea.

From the hallway, stairs lead to the first floor:

• Bedroom 1 - The Master: King-size bed, bedroom furniture, and a tall bay window with original shutters, armchair, sofa and window seating to enjoy this quiet nook with uninterrupted sea views.
• Bedroom 2: King-size bed (or two singles on request), with drawers and hanging space, positioned in the middle of the property.
• Three steps down lead to the lower landing with Bedroom 3: King-size bed (or two singles on request) at the rear, with charming views over the high street.

Two bathrooms serve the house on the lower landing:

• Bathroom 1: Compact shower room with cubicle and sink.
• Bathroom 2: Family bathroom with bath, sink, and WC, high ceilings, and a roof window perfect for stargazing from the tub.

Parking- There is 30 minutes free parking near the front entrance of the apartment (unrestricted from 18.00hrs - 09.00hrs) There are short stay car parks off the high street, the long stay car park is Lime Kiln at the end of the sea front, a weekly ticket can be purchased for £25 through East Devon District Council website online or through the RingGo parking app- this ticket can be used for all EDDC car parks. There is also a free car park by the Public Hall (nearer than Lime Kiln and overnight parking allowed) and also a small car park behind the grocers in Brook Road.
