About this property

  Seascape is a superb luxury apartment forming part of an imposing Grade II listed Georgian terrace perfectly positioned in the heart of Sidmouth, with the seafront, shops and restaurants all within a two minute level walk. The owners have thought of everything required to make this a real home from home; pets are especially well catered for. The apartment has been tastefully decorated throughout, with modern furnishings, and although the apartment is on the lower ground floor the accommodation is surprisingly bright and airy with large sash windows to the front of the property.


A flight of external steps down to small outside sitting area with a storage area. Entrance to living room with dining area and a living flame gas fire. Large windows overlooking front outside sitting area. Very well equipped galley style kitchen with modern range of units and appliances. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Main bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room with WC and French doors leading to a small rear courtyard. Second bedroom with a double bed, Both bedrooms are well furnished with wardrobes and drawers for storage. 


Changeover day: Friday

Pets: Accepted at £25 per week

Parking: A residents/visitors parking permit (supplied at the property) allows parking in front of the Terrace, however this does not guarantee a parking space at all times. Jacobs Ladder long stay car park is a5 minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks.

Appliances: T.V. (Lounge and main Bedroom), BT vision/BT sport.DVD, hair dryer, iron

Kitchen utilities: Induction hob and Electric oven. Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge/freezer, Washing machine.                                                                        

Camping chairs and a selection of Golf Clubs/bags are available for guest use. 

Children over the age of 8 years old welcome 

£75 supplement for Folk Week (1st week in August)

23rd November 2018- 'Another great week at Seascape. The apartment is clean and comfortable as it was when we visited in 2009. All self catering owners should aim for this level of cleanliness and attention to detail.'

26th October 2018- 'Our first visit here but hopefully not the last. Glorious Autumn sunshine for 6 whole days.The most wonderful apartment in all aspects and in a wonderful position near the seafront. Would recommend it to anyone.'

3rd October 2018- 'Another great stay but sadly we had to cut our break short. It's just like home from home here and we wish we had found Sidmouth sooner!'

Short Breaks are available from the end of October half term to the start of the Easter school holidays, or at the owners' discretion for a last minute booking at other times of the year. Unfortunately it would be most unusual for us to be in a position to consider a short break at peak holiday times, such as the October and February half terms or over the Christmas, New Year and Easter breaks.
