York Cottage is located on a quiet lane within the town centre and is just minutes to the beach, shops, restaurants and many recreational facilities. "The Byes" National Trust riverside walk, park and swimming pool are also within a short walk. The accommodation is bright and airy with comfortable and tasteful quality furnishings, coastal colour schemes and individual touches throughout.
The entrance hall has rooms leading off. The Charming sitting room has an electric wood burner and French doors leading to the picturesque south facing enclosed patio.
There is a separate brightly decorated dining room with an open plan archway and two steps up to a modern, well equipped, quality kitchen with integrated units with a glass door to the private patio.

Guests can explore the Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and The South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy and Seaton Tramway are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including Otterton Mill and The Pig at Combe.
