Overview
The accommodation is presented to the highest standard with tasteful and comfortable furnishings throughout. Every room is bright, airy and spacious. The house faces the River Sid and has sea glimpses from the bedroom. The beach, seafront, indoor swimming pool, children's play area, shops and cafes are just 200 yards walk away. The footpaths overlooking the Lyme Bay coastline are easily reached from the house.

There is a spacious cream well equipped kitchen with door to a sheltered courtyard garden with a sitting area. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one south facing with a king size bed and hand basin. Two bedrooms at the rear, one with a double bed and a good size single with hand basin.
