The quality of the accommodation was poor for a number of reasons. The bathroom was too small. There were only two of us but Lord knows how five people stay in the Cottage. Would suggest the Third bedroom could become bathroom. The front window needed blinds -there was no privacy as the road at the front was also a public walkthrough. The open plan layout and wooden effect floor meant it was noisy. There just needs to be a bit more thought around the layout from the owners because there were some nice touches. The location was handy for both Sea and Shops.

Response

Dear Guest, We are sorry Wyken Cottage was not to your taste. The property description along with the photos are an accurate representation of the cottage, showing an open plan downstairs layout with a separate kitchen and one family bathroom upstairs. Thank you for your feedback on a lounge privacy blind, which will be taken onboard. Please do not hesitate to contact us in the future, we know all of our properties very well and will be able to suggest the best property for your holiday. Kind Regards, The Sweetcombe Team
