The accommodation is presented with tasteful and comfortable furnishings throughout. Every room is bright, airy and spacious. The house faces the River Sid and has sea glimpses from the bedroom. The beach, seafront, indoor swimming pool, children's play area, shops and cafes are just 200 yards walk away. The footpaths overlooking the Lyme Bay coastline are easily reached from the house.

The spacious, light and airy sitting room has an open fireplace with a wood burner and dining area.

To the rear, there is a spacious cream well equipped kitchen with door to a sheltered courtyard garden with a sitting area.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one south facing with a king size bed and hand basin.

Two bedrooms at the rear, one with a double bed and a good size single with hand basin.

The family bathroom has a modern white suite comprising shower over bath and W.C.

Parking: This property has a private off road parking space approx 30 meters from the property at the enterence to Riverside Road. 

Guests can explore the   Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in   Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and  The South West Coast Path.  The Donkey Sanctuary,  Crealy and  Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at   Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including  Otterton Mill and  Lympstone Manor.
