Wren at Leigh Cottages is a spacious, tastefully furnished bungalow situated in established, well maintained grounds shared with other similar holiday properties of just 8 in total. Located in the charming hamlet of Weston, just off the South West Coastal Path. Walk through the National Trust wooded combe, minutes from the property the lower path leads to a secluded pebble beach, perfect for swimming in the crystal-clear water. Or take the higher path to the cliff and join the South West Coast Path which has spectacular views over Lyme Bay. The Donkey Sanctuary is on the door step and Sidmouth is just 3 miles away. The Sweetcombe offices are situated across the lane, it would be lovely to meet you.

There is level access into the hall with rooms leading off. 

The open plan living area has a comfortable lounge and 43inch Smart TV, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Patio doors open onto private garden area.

There are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with twin beds.

New bathroom for October 2023 with a walk in shower, integrated units and underfloor heating

Parking for 1 car adjacent to the property plus visitor parking nearby.

There is a communal laundry area with use of a washing machine and tumble dryer, payment via honesty box. There is also a larger freezer available for guest use in the communal area.
