Turnstones is charming cottage located in the heart of Sidmouth town centre within a short level walk of the lovely individual shops, restaurants, pubs and of course the beach with its long esplanade. The cottage is next door to a small local pub. The Swan does fabulous meals at very good prices. The cottage has been refurbished and has tasteful colour schemes throughout. The owner has given much time and care to provide a pretty holiday cottage.
A comfortably furnished living room with a two-seater sofa and an chair. Dining table with seating for three guests. A well-equipped kitchen with free standing appliances. The back door leads to a pretty enclosed rear courtyard with patio furniture, a real sun trap for the afternoon and evening sun. From the sitting area, stairs lead to the first floor where there is a double bedroom with fitted bedroom furniture. A single room with a 3-foot single bed. A wet room with a shower, WC and hand basin. Turnstones is a small cottage with lots of character and low ceilings. There are some roads nearby where there is unrestricted roadside parking. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all Eat Devon council car parks.
