Treetops is a charming cottage quietly situated adjacent to Sidmouth's delightful "Byes" National Trust parkland, riverside walk and just an easy five-minute level stroll to the town centre and beach. The cottage is refurbished and offers cosy and well-furnished accommodation.
Enter through the front door into the modern oak kitchen with archway to the dining area with hard wood flooring.
A door leads through to the cosy sitting room with window seat overlooking the pretty south facing garden with garden furniture and Inglenook style fireplace with electric wood burner effect stove.
From the dining area, stairs lead to the first floor where there is a lovely double bedroom with oak furniture and pleasant outlook over the garden and the Byes National Trust parkland and the River Sid.
There is an additional single bedroom with bedroom furniture.
The newly installed bathroom has a large separate shower cubicle, bath, wash basin and WC.
The stairs to second floor are narrow and open sided, but have a hand rail on the left to reach the third pretty bedroom with twin beds, sloping eaves and a dormer window overlooking "Byes".
Nearby attractions include the Norman Lockyer observatory, River Cottage HQ, The Donkey Sanctuary, Otterton Mill, Stuart Line Cruises, Seaton Tramway and RSPB Nature reserves.
