Trust parkland, riverside walk and just an easy five-minute level
stroll to the town centre and beach. The cottage is refurbished and
offers cosy and well-furnished accommodation.
Enter through the front door into
the modern oak kitchen with archway to the dining area with hard
wood flooring.
A door leads through to the cosy
sitting room with window seat overlooking
the pretty south facing garden with garden furniture and
Inglenook style fireplace with electric wood burner effect
stove.
From the dining area, stairs lead
to the first floor where there is a lovely double bedroom
with oak furniture and pleasant outlook over the garden
and the Byes National Trust parkland and the River Sid.
There is an additional single
bedroom with bedroom furniture.
The newly installed bathroom has a
large separate shower cubicle, bath, wash basin and WC.
The stairs to second floor are
narrow and open sided, but have a hand rail on the left to reach
the third pretty bedroom with twin beds, sloping eaves and a
dormer window overlooking "Byes".
