Treetops Cottage

Treetops is a charming cottage quietly situated adjacent to Sidmouth's delightful "Byes" National Trust parkland, riverside walk and just an easy five-minute level stroll to the town centre and beach. The cottage is refurbished and offers cosy and well-furnished accommodation. 

A sitting room with window seat overlooking the pretty south facing garden with garden furniture and Inglenook style fireplace with electric wood burner effect stove. A modern fitted Oak kitchen and archway to the dining area. On the first floor there is a lovely double bedroom with oak furniture and pleasant outlook over the garden and the Byes National Trust parkland and the River Sid. There is an additional single bedroom and newly installed bathroom with large separate shower cubicle, bath, wash basin and WC. Stairs to the third pretty bedroom with twin beds, sloping eaves and a dormer window overlooking "Byes".
