Overview

The apartment is beautifully presented with new modern furniture and tasteful colour schemes throughout.  It has the added advantage of a balcony with views of the putting green, croquet lawn and Triangle gardens. Ideal for those travelling by public transport as the buses stop nearby.

There are four steps into the building, then the option to either use the stairs or the lift to the first floor. An entrance hall leading to a pleasant sitting room and dining area. French doors to balcony with outside seating area. A well-equipped kitchen. Two lovely bedrooms at the rear, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. A modern white bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. A further separate WC.

The only slight problem was a "wet dog" smell when we entered which cleared very quickly when we open a few windows. At some point during the stay I decided to pass the hoover. It was then that it became apparent that the smell was from the vacuum cleaner.
