Overview

Enjoy unrivalled sea views over Sidmouth cricket field and the sea beyond from this newly refurbished period property with luxury furnishings throughout. Much care and thought has been given in making this a superb holiday home to stay in at any time of the year. Step outside and you are within a level walk of the lovely individual shops, restaurants, pubs and the beach with its long esplanade.

Stairs from the entrance hall lead to the first bathroom, with a walk in shower, WC and utility area - perfect for after a day at the beach.

Stairs carry on round to the 1st floor where there is a spacious lounge with comfortable seating for six guests, a large smart TV and the most stunning sea views over the balcony.

The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage space and a dining table to seat 6 guests.

A short flight of stairs lead to the first bedroom:

Bedroom 1: A rear bunk room with clothes rail.

A further short flight of stairs lead to the top floor:

Bedroom 2: A twin room with zip and link beds that can be made as a super king on request. An en-suite with walk in shower and WC.

Bedroom 3: A spacious bright master bedroom with a king size bed, smart TV and sea views. The ensuite bathroom complete with WC, bath and shower, has wide doors from the bedroom to enjoy the views out to sea, even when relaxing in the bath!

Parking: A residents/visitors parking permit (supplied at the property) allows parking in front of the terrace for one car, however this does not guarantee a parking space at all times. For further cars, Jacob's Ladder long stay car park is a 5-minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks.

Sidmouth is a brilliant base for any age of guest, enjoy delicious food at great retaurants such as  The Pea Green Boat to  Lympstone Manor. Explore a range of activities on offer from nearby beaches off the  South West Coat Path to day trips with the kids to  The Donkey Sanctuary and  Pecorama. There is  paddleboarding & kayaking available over the summer from the beach right in front of Tollymore, or enjoy a round of golf at  Sidmouth or  Honiton Golf Club.

Our holiday in June 2024 was lovely. Very handy for the beach with a view of the sea. On the only day with bad weather we were able to watch the waves, from the comfort of the flat. The flat was very well equipped and we were very comfortable.
