Boasting uninterrupted and far-reaching views of the Esplanade and the renowned Lyme Bay with its ever-changing scenery. Sidmouth is a charming traditional English sea-side holiday destination which is easily accessed and offers a variety of local all-year-round activities such as walking, cycling, bird watching, sailing, kiting, fishing or simply relaxing. The exceptional outlook combined with the cosy features make this a perfect retreat in any season. The Pea Green Boat restaurant is below you can nip down for a meal or a coffee and make the most of a 20% discount on food for the duration of your stay. Although, you probably won't want to stray too far from the sunny, south facing balcony! 


Access via a flight of stairs to the first floor leads to an entrance hall.

The right leads into a light and airy open plan luxury kitchen with itegrated appliances, living room with floor to ceiling windows, dining area and patio doors leading to large balcony directly overlooking the esplanade and beach.

The left of the hall way leads to the spacious bedrooms and bathroom.

Bedroom 1: A master bedroom with a double bed

Bedroom 2: A large second room with twin beds that can be made up as a super king on request.

Bathroom: A family bathroom with a sink, W.C and shower over the bath.

Energy efficient windows and patio doors provide excellent heat and noise insulation.

PARKING: Private off-street parking for one car in a designated space on the closest car park.

Sidmouth is a brilliant base for any age of guest, enjoy delicious food at great retaurants such as The Pea Green Boat below and Lympstone Manor. Explore a range of activities on offer from nearby beaches along the South West Coat Path to day trips with the kids to The Donkey Sanctuary and Pecorama. Great spacious apartment in an excellent location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and dined twice at The Pea Green Boat downstairs which was superb. The addition of a dressing table and chair in the bedroom would be most helpful. Superb view from the balcony and we didn’t want to leave at the end of our week! What a lovely memorable holiday at The View!
