Overview

The Roost is a spacious apartment tastefully furnished to a high standard. Just stone's throw away from Budleigh beach and The South West Coast Path it is the perfect retreat to 'escape the real world'

ACCOMMODATION:

An entrance door just off the high street takes you into a hall with a flight of stairs to the apartment. Once inside there is an entrance hall with a second flight of stairs leading to the rooms.

A fitted tiled kitchen with integrated appliances.

A cosy living area with two sofas, TV and fold out dining table.  

Bedroom 1: A master bedroom with a king size bed, fitted wardrobe and bedroom furniture.

Bedroom 2: A double bedroom 

Bathroom: Fully tiled shower room with a walk-in shower, sink and W.C.  

The beach is easily accessed from the rear of the property.

PARKING: You have 30 minutes unloading in front of the apartment (unrestricted from 18.00hrs - 09.00hrs). There are short stay car parks off the high street, the long stay car park is Lime Kiln at the end of the sea front, a weekly ticket can be purchased for £27 through East Devon District Council online- this ticket can be used for all EDDC car parks. There is also a free car park by the Public Hall (nearer than Lime Kiln and overnight parking allowed) and also a small car park behind the grocers in Brook Road.

A perfect location for walking, swimming, golf, art, fishing, birdwatching along the River Otter, exploring the Jurassic Coast or just relaxing. A minutes walk to local shops, cafes, and restaurants.
