Overview
The Retreat is a beautifully presented, peaceful, spacious pent-house apartment with modern furnishings. This property is located in the heart of Sidmouth and perfect for couples or families wanting to explore the local area. There is plenty of space to relax in the apartment after a day out and about. There are views across the rooftops to Salcombe Hill. The property is an ideal base for exploring Sidmouth and the many surrounding towns and villages. The bus stop is close by so a car is not essential. Situated in the heart of Sidmouth town centre, the apartment is within a short 2-minute level walk of the beach and shops. The cricket club, tennis courts, bowls, croquet and award-winning gardens are nearby. There are water sports such as kayaking and paddle boarding available in the summer, fabulous coastal walks along the famous Jurassic coast offer stunning views at any time of the year.
There are four steps into the building, then the option either using the stairs, or the elevator to the second floor. There is then a flight of stairs to the entrance of the apartment. The entrance hall has rooms leading off from it, with a light and open dining room in the centre. There is a well-furnished lounge with comfortable seating options. Well-equipped modern kitchen with integrated appliances. Two lovely bedrooms one with twin beds and one with a double bed. Modern bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
