A charming cottage quietly situated close to Sidmouth's delightful "Byes" National Trust parkland, riverside walk and just an easy 10 minute stroll to the town centre and beach. The cottage is newly refurbished and offers cosy and well-furnished accommodation.
A few steps from the road lead into the proeprty with a lovely, cosy living room with dining area, leading to newly fitted modern kitchen with door to rear enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and rear access. On the first floor there is a lovely double bedroom facing south. There is an additional single bedroom and newly installed bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin and WC.
Unrestricted roadside parking available just outside the cottage, on first come first served basis.
