The Space
Step through the front door into a welcoming hallway that leads through to the well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Designed for relaxed holiday living, the kitchen has everything needed for preparing meals, leisurely breakfasts, or evening drinks after a day by the sea. French doors open onto a pretty courtyard seating area overlooking the marina, the perfect spot for morning coffee or alfresco dining while watching the boats drift by.
Stairs from the hallway lead to the first floor, where guests will find a bright and comfortable lounge with plenty of seating and a balcony offering beautiful marina views. This peaceful living space is ideal for unwinding after a day exploring Exmouth and the surrounding Devon coastline. Just off the lounge is a cosy snug area with desk space, perfect as a reading nook or for guests needing to catch up on a little work during their stay.
On the second floor are the bedrooms and bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: Features a comfortable king-size bed, wardrobe storage, and a private ensuite with shower, WC, and sink.
Bedroom 2: Will be arranged as two single beds (2ft 6 beds) as standard, making it ideal for children or friends travelling together. On request, the beds can also be configured as a king-size bed. This room also benefits from wardrobe storage and marina views.
The family bathroom includes a bath with shower over, WC, and sink.
The property also benefits from a garage, accessible from both the driveway and hallway, providing useful storage space for bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, and other watersports equipment. Guests will also find the washing machine and fridge/freezer located here.
Parking: There is private parking for two cars on the driveway. Additional parking is available nearby at Camperdown Terrace Car Park, just a short distance away.

By car: Exmouth: From the M5 motorway exit at Exeter follow the signs down the dual carriageway to Exmouth. This leads on the A376 road down into Exmouth. Topsham: From the M5 motorway exit at Exeter follow the signs down the dual carriageway to Exmouth & turn off at the roundabout for Topsham.
By bus: Exmouth & Topsham: From Exeter take route number 57 to Exmouth & Topsham. Approximately 1 hour.
By train: Exmouth has a central train station with good connections. Topsham has a small train station that has a direct line to Exmouth & Exeter with good connections.
By plane: The closest airport is Exeter International. Approximately 20 minutes.
