The Nook is a one bedroomed apartment which has a good sized kitchen and large bedroom. The property is generally in good order throughout.

The Nook  is a first floor apartment for two, and is an ideal base for exploring Sidmouth and the many surrounding towns and villages. The buses stop close by so a car is not essential.  Situated in the heart of Sidmouth town centre. The Nook  is within a short 2-minute level walk of the beach and, shops. The cricket club, tennis courts, bowls, croquet and award-winning gardens are nearby. There are water sports such as kayaking and paddle boarding available in the summer, fabulous coastal walks along the famous Jurassic coast offer stunning views at any time of the year. Sidmouth has a wealth of lovely individual shops, restaurants and cafes where you will receive a warm welcome. 

There is level, easy access via the lift from the parking area to the first floor where there is level access to the apartment as soon as you step out of the lift. 

The entrance hall leads into a sitting room with a dining area for two guests. 

There is a well-equipped modern fitted kitchen.

Bedroom: Good size bedroom with a super king size bed that can be made into two singles on request, wardrobe and a dressing table
