The front exterior of the property enjoys a stunning view of the beach and once down the stairs there is storage available for outdoor equipment and a small courtyard area. The apartment is accessed through a large hallway and is well presented throughout and benefits from modern fixture and furnishings.

The apartment is on the lower ground floor with a flight of external steps with a storage room for bikes and surf boards

The accommodation is surprisingly bright and airy with large sash windows in all rooms and beautiful furnishings and restful colour schemes throughout.

A spacious, bright, airy and beautifully furnished sitting room with large comfortable leather and velvet sofas, living flame gas fire and oak dining suite. 

Kitchen with modern beech effect units and modern appliances.

Two bedrooms

Bedroom 1: a good size twin with a TV

Bedroom 2: a smaller double

Two fully tiled high-quality shower rooms each with WC. and under floor heating.

A residents/visitors parking permit (supplied at the property) allows parking in front of the terrace, however this does not guarantee a parking space at all times. Jacob's Ladder long stay car park is a 5-minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks.

The seafront, shops and restaurants are all within a two minute level walk.

The surrounding area offers many varied activities and places to visit such as Pitch and Putt golf  , Donkey Sanctuary and Pecorama.

There are many beautiful walks through the beautiful countryside and along the coastal path.

Throughout the year Sidmouth holds a variety of Festivals including a jazz festival and a walking festival.
