The apartment is on the lower ground floor with a flight of external steps with a storage room for bikes and surf boards
The accommodation is surprisingly bright and airy with large sash windows in all rooms and beautiful furnishings and restful colour schemes throughout.

A residents/visitors parking permit (supplied at the property) allows parking in front of the terrace, however this does not guarantee a parking space at all times. Jacob's Ladder long stay car park is a 5-minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks.
The seafront, shops and restaurants are all within a two minute level walk.
The surrounding area offers many varied activities and places to visit such as Pitch and Putt golf , Donkey Sanctuary and Pecorama.
There are many beautiful walks through the beautiful countryside and along the coastal path.
Throughout the year Sidmouth holds a variety of Festivals including a jazz festival and a walking festival.
