There is a small, open plan living area and kitchenette.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and hanging space.

The modern fully tiled bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin, WC and a heated towel rail.

Parking: Guests can unload outside the property and there is a parking space for one car.

Nearby attractions include the Norman Lockyer observatory, River Cottage HQ, The Donkey Sanctuary, Otterton Mill, Stuart Line Cruises, Seaton Tramway and RSPB Nature reserves. There are also delicious restaurants to taste the best of the South West Produce such as The Pea Green Boat, The Pig at Combe, The River Exe Cafe and Lympstone Manor.
