Overview

This spacious house is in one of the most prestigious residential areas of Sidmouth, yet only a short downhill walk to the sea front and town centre. The secluded, south-facing, decked garden is a real delight with ornamental planting and teak garden furniture. The Crow's Nest is ideally located to explore Sidmouth and the world-renowned Jurassic coastline and other Devon attractions.

Enter through the porch to the hall way with rooms leading off.

To the right is a contemporary kitchen with integrated appliances and a family breakfast table with access to the enclosed rear garden.

Off the hall with two steps down to the superb living room enjoying an abundance of natural light with panoramic views over Sidmouth and Lyme Bay. There is an oak dining suite and leather sofas, soft lighting and neutral colour schemes with oak laminate flooring and a polished iron mantelpiece with a gas fire. The french doors open to steps leading to the south-west facing garden.

Off the inner hall there is a single bedroom with a luxury shower room and WC adjacent.

There are easy rising stairs to the first floor.

The master bedroom is absolutely stunning with a king size bed, TV, fitted wardrobes and a juliette Balcony and French doors, large picture windows overlooking the Seafront and Bay.

There is a single bedroom and further double bedroom both with oak furniture and "memory foam" mattresses on the beds and are made up with quality feather bedding.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.  

There is private parking for two cars on the drive.

Guests can explore the   Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in   Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and  The South West Coast Path Seaton Tramway Crealy and  Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from  Paddleboarding and  water skiing to Golf at   Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including  Otterton Mill and  Lympstone Manor.
