A small entrance lobby leads into a nicely furnished living room with electric living flame. There is a well-equipped fitted kitchen with quality appliances. Large conservatory with pine suite at the back of the house leads into a Small outside patio area. On the first floor there are two pretty bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds (2'6" wide). Fitted tiled white bathroom with separate shower cubicle and WC.

Nearby there is unrestricted roadside parking or Jacobs Ladder long stay car park is a 10-minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks.

The cottage was lovely, very clean and very homely. The only downside was the distance to the car park but it was a lovely walk along the seafront or through the gardens.
