The Cottage is situated within a row of cottages down a side street within easy walking distance of the centre of Sidmouth and the seafront. The property is well presented throughout with co-ordinated colour schemes. The Cottage has the added bonus of a good sized conservatory which is used as the dining room with sliding patio doors to a rear paved courtyard.

It has a fitted quality kitchen and bathroom with tasteful decor and furnishings throughout. A real advantage is the lovely large conservatory at the rear.

A small entrance lobby leads into a nicely furnished living room with electric living flame. There is a well-equipped fitted kitchen with quality appliances. Large conservatory with pine suite at the back of the house leads into a Small outside patio area. On the first floor there are two pretty bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds (2'6" wide). Fitted tiled white bathroom with separate shower cubicle and WC.

Nearby there is unrestricted roadside parking or Jacobs Ladder long stay car park is a 10-minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks.
