The Beach Hut is a welcoming ground floor annex in a prime seafront location in Budleigh Salterton, ideal for couples or friends seeking a relaxed coastal escape. With everything laid out on one level, private parking and a dog friendly, it offers an easy, comfortable base just moments from the beach, perfect for seaside strolls, coastal walks and unwinding by the sea.
Private parking for one car is provided on the driveway, with a gate leading around to the side of the house and the front door, all on one level.
Inside, an entrance hall leads through to the kitchen and dining area, which is well equipped and includes a dining table for two.
To the right, a door opens into the open plan bedroom and living space, furnished with a super king bed which can be made as two singles on request, a comfortable two seater sofa and a Smart TV. French doors open onto a small patio area, ideal for enjoying some fresh sea air.
The spacious bathroom features a shower, wash basin, WC and washing machine.
Situated on Budleigh Salterton seafront in East Devon, The Beach Hut is just a few steps from the beach. While there are no sea views from the apartment, the shoreline, South West Coast Path and the town's independent shops, cafes and restaurants are all moments away. Budleigh Salterton is a charming seaside town and an excellent base for exploring the Jurassic Coast, with easy access to nearby destinations including Sidmouth, Exmouth, Beer and Lyme Regis. The property is pet friendly, with dog friendly areas of the beach available year round, along with a variety of scenic coastal and countryside walks close by.
By car: From the A3052 Exeter to Lyme Regis road take the B3178 from Newton Poppleford towards Budleigh Salterton.
By bus: From Exeter bus route number 58 goes to Budleigh Salterton. Approximately 1.30 hours.
By train: The closest train station is Exmouth. Approximately 15 minutes.
By plane: The closest airport is Exeter International. Approximately 30 minutes.
