It is spacious with comfortable furnishings and tasteful touches throughout. The mouth of the River Otter and beach is close by, and a short walk along Budleigh Salterton esplanade takes you to the local shops and restaurants of this lovely town. There is plenty to do in the area, the main attraction being the superb walks along the River Otter towards Otterton and beyond. The East Devon Heritage Coastal footpath is also close by.

Delightful property to spend the Christmas holiday in. Very well positioned and maintained in very good condition. The kitchen contained a wealth of utensils, pots and pans. A particular " feel good " start was the decorated Christmas tree and welcome pack.
