Sussex House

Sussex House is a spacious, luxurious, elegant Regency villa situated in the heart of Sidmouth, just off the esplanade and wide sweeping pebble beach. On the ground floor, there is an open plan living area with a large oak dining table for 8 guests along with a comfortable seating area with a TV. 

Ground Floor: A spacious, very well-equipped kitchen and separate utility room.

Courtyard: Off the kitchen is the rear small, enclosed patio with outside seating and storage for bicycles etc.

First Floor

A beautiful living room with comfortable sofas, arm chairs and a feature fireplace with wood burner fire and TV. Stunning views towards Peak Hill and out to sea across the esplanade. French doors to small balcony. 

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with 5' bed.

Bathroom 1:A fully tiled luxury family bathroom with separate shower, bath, hand basin and WC.

Bedroom 2: Further double bedroom.

Second Floor

Bedroom 3: Spacious master bedroom with sea views. 6' bed and a feature fireplace with wood burner and TV.

En-suite: En-suite shower/dressing room with walk in shower, wash basin and WC.

Bedroom 4: Further spacious bedroom with 5' bed.

En-suite: En-suite luxury shower room with hand basin and WC. 

Third Floor

A large entertainment room with large TV and a space to play board games or do some yoga! Comfortable sofas and sea views. This is a really lovely spacious family room filling the whole loft space with lots of books.

There is a private parking space for one car reserved on the Bedford car park opposite the property, further parking is available on the long stay car park on Manor Road a 5 minute walk away. 

Guests can explore the   Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in   Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and  The South West Coast Path.  The Donkey Sanctuary,  Crealy and  Seaton Tramway are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from  Paddleboarding and  water skiing to Golf at   Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including  Otterton Mill and  The Pig at Combe.
