The apartment is newly refurbished to a very high standard with luxury furnishings throughout. The apartment has one assigned parking space and the building is accessible via stairs from the entrance door. Stairs lead into the open plan living/dining/kitchen area where the large windows create a bright and sunny space at any time of day. There is a lounge area with comfy sofas and internet TV. A large bay window has views out to sea and it is the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. The fully equipped luxury kitchen has high quality appliances and a coffee machine. Also, off the hallway, a door opens to a double bedroom. It has a king bed with sumptuous cotton bedding. There is a fully tiled bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, basin and WC. Stairs lead out of the open plan area to the second floor where there are a further three bedrooms. One bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with a super king bed and smart TV's in each. One bedroom has view over the roof tops and the market square and the master bedroom has a large bay window with views of the esplanade and out to sea. The twin bedroom has the perfect people-watching aspect to the street below and market square. The bathroom has a basin and WC and a bathtub with a shower over.
