Overview
Step outside and you are within a level walk of the lovely individual shops, restaurants, pubs and the beach with its long esplanade. The apartment is newly refurbished to a very high standard with luxury furnishings throughout. Much care and thought has been given in making this a superb holiday apartment to stay in at any time of the year.
The building is accessible via stairs from the entrance door. Stairs lead into the open plan living/dining/kitchen area where the large windows create a bright and sunny space at any time of day. There is a lounge area with comfy sofas and internet TV. A large bay window has views out to sea and it is the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. The fully equipped luxury kitchen has high quality appliances and a coffee machine.
Bedroom 1- On the first floor hallway, a door opens to a double bedroom. It has a king bed with sumptuous cotton bedding and views over the market square.
There is a fully tiled bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, basin and WC.
Stairs lead out of the open plan area to the second floor where there are a further three bedrooms.
Bedroom 2- Bedroom with a king size bed, smart TV and views over the market square.
Bedroom 3- Master Bedroom with a super king bed, smart TV and large bay window with views of the esplanade and out to sea.
Bedroom 4- Bedroom with twin beds and a perfect people-watching aspect to the street below and market square.
The second floor bathroom has a basin,WC and a bathtub with a shower over.
Guests can pull up to unload, the apartment has one assigned parking space on the nearby car park.
Guests can explore the Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and The Donkey Sanctuary. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at Sidmouth Golf Club and Woodbury Park. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including The Pig at Combe and Lympstone Manor.
