Overview

Budleigh Salterton has a wealth of individual good quality food shops, restaurants and cafes. The long pebble beach with esplanade make it an ideal location for a totally relaxing, "away from it all" holiday. The Heritage Coastal Path is also within easy walking distance of the property along which you can walk to Exmouth or Sidmouth on the Jurassic Coast.  The property is beautifully furnished, and very well equipped with tasteful colour schemes throughout.

An entrance hall leads into a bright and airy living room and dining area with quality oak furniture. There is an electric living flame fire in a marble surround. Patio doors lead out to a good sized patio area with teak garden furniture and BBQ, with 3 steps leading up to a lawn area. A Good sized, well equipped kitchen with beech wood effect units. A double bedroom with a king size bed, a twin bedroom overlooking the patio area and a further small single bedroom.  A shower room with a large walk in shower, hand basin and W.C.  Private, enclosed lawned garden with patio area. Very nice bungalow, quiet area, with only a 10min walk to the town. Lots of small independent shops. Bungalow was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
