St Davids

Overview
St David's was first occupied by Lord Gwydir who hosted Queen Caroline in 1826. Today St David's forms the ground floor of this impressive property and offers superb holiday accommodation. This lovely apartment for two has been completely refurbished to a very high standard, retaining many original features and is beautifully furnished. Superb far reaching un-interrupted views over the croquet lawn and cricket field and out to sea over Lyme Bay. Fortfield Terrace is within easy level walking distance of the shops and esplanade, the bus stops with many regular buses to Exeter and all nearby towns is a stone's throw away.
Access is either via a slope at the side of the terrace or steps from the parking space. Two steps into the entrance hall with a door into the apartment which is elegantly furnished and presented in keeping with the period. Spacious living room with comfortable sofa and electric riser/recliner chair. Open plan kitchen and dining area. Twin bedroom with quality beds, one bed is electrically adjustable for those with mobility issues. En-suite shower room with hand basin, shower cubicle and WC. To the rear is a shared patio garden between the apartments. There is also sitting area at the front of the property on the terrace with lovely views.
A residents/visitors parking permit (supplied at the property) allows parking in front of the terrace, however this does always not guarantee a parking space. Jacobs Ladder long stay car park a 5-minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon car parks.
