Spring Cottage is a stylish property situated in the heart of Beer, just a few minutes' walk to the pebble beach. The property has an enclosed patio style garden with seating for six guests. The house has recently been lovingly refurbished with nautical, soothing colour schemes and brandnew beautiful furnishings throughout.

The entrance hall leads through into the lounge with comfortable seating, a large bay window, smart TV and electric wood burner effect stove.

A study with desk and chair suitable for home working.

An open plan split level living, dining area and kitchen. At the lower end there is a sofa and smart TV, on the next level there is a large dining area with seating for up to eight guests. On the top level there is a newly fitted kitchen with quality appliances.

A door leading to large enclosed patio style, sloping garden with garden furniture. Outside tap suitable for washing wetsuits and dogs.

Ground floor cloakroom with WC.

From the entrance hall, stairs lead to the first floor where there are three spacious bedrooms.

Parking: A parking permit is provided for one car for the car park behind the Dolphin pub. This can be used in the long stay spaces. Further cars can  purchase weekly permits at £25.00 for 7 days through the EDDC website or RingGo app. 

Guests can explore the Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and The South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy and Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including Otterton Mill and Lympstone Manor.

An absolutely beautiful holiday home. Furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard. Very comfortable and spacious enough for a family or group not to feel at all cramped. The garden terrace had sun all day long. Couldn’t be better placed for a daily newspaper and fresh bread (and much more!) collected from the village stores just across the road!
