The spacious accommodation has been completely refurbished with top quality furnishings and carpets throughout.  The property is situated just off the shopping area, a few minutes' walk to the beach and 200m from the south west coastal path, so is very convenient for the shops, restaurants and beach.

There is an entrance hall with a Cloakroom and WC. A spacious, dual aspect living room with dining area and a modern, very well-equipped Kitchen with dining area. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite shower room with WC and the other bedroom has a double bed with bathroom and WC off the landing. Outside there is a pretty south facing sheltered patio area with garden furniture. Please note this property is not suitable for children under 10 years old.

Fantastic place to stay off the main street in Budleigh Salterton. Extremely clean and well furnished, every need was anticipated. We had to extend our stay due to a medical incident and it was smooth to amend reservation and very considerate. Highly recommend.
