The spacious accommodation has been completely refurbished with top quality furnishings and carpets throughout.  The property is situated just off the shopping area, a few minutes' walk to the beach and 200m from the south west coastal path, so is very convenient for the shops, restaurants and beach.

There is an entrance hall with a Cloakroom and WC. A spacious, dual aspect living room with dining area and a modern, very well-equipped Kitchen with dining area. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite shower room with WC and the other bedroom has a double bed with bathroom and WC off the landing. Outside there is a pretty south facing sheltered patio area with garden furniture. Please note this property is not suitable for children under 10 years old.
