Located in the heart of Sidmouth, Smyrna is situated in a quiet residential street with no passing traffic  within easy reach of the beach, shops, indoor swimming pool, cinema and theatre. The owner has taken great care and attention providing top quality furnishings and decor throughout. 

Accommodation

The entrance hall leads to a spacious living area with comfortable seating, a feature fireplace with electric fire and dining area. 

Well equipped kitchen with separate utility room, perfect for storing wet weather gear.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: A double bed and fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 2: A good size single bedroom with the option to have an extra single bed.

Bathroom: Fully tiled bathroom with a shower over the bath, hand basin. Separate WC.

Bedroom 3: On the second floor the bedroom has twin beds with dormer window.

The rear south facing courtyard is enclosed and has  patio furniture and potted shrubs. The courtyard also has pedestrian access through the gate. 

Parking: A private parking space for one car on the Mill Street car park. 

Guests can explore the     Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in     Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and    The South West Coast Path.    The Donkey Sanctuary,    Crealy and    Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at     Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including    Otterton Mill and    Lympstone Manor.
