Overview

Sid House is a stylish modern town house ideally situated in a quiet location within the town centre and 100 yards level walk to the seafront, excellent shops and restaurants.  The property has been fully refurbished in a contemporary, but comfortable style with tasteful colour schemes throughout. It is an ideal holiday home at any time of the year for a couple or a family.  The owner has put a lot of time and effort into furnishing this property to a high standard. Sid House has had new flooring throughout, new furniture, new beds and mattresses and a new kitchen.

On the ground floor is a superb, newly fitted kitchen with a central breakfast island, a large dining area for up to 6 persons and a small sitting area with a TV.

Stairs to the first floor lead to a spacious lounge comprising a smart TV with Netflix, electric fire and two three seater settees.

Also on the first floor is a spacious single bedroom and  a fully tiled bathroom with a large bath with a shower over, hand basin and W.C.

Off the first floor is a A door to a covered, sheltered balcony with outside sitting.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms: 

A master bedroom with zip and link beds and a large fitted wardrobe. This room will be made up as a super-king unless it is requested to be made up as a twin.

There is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe.

A further shower room with a walk-in shower, hand basin and W.C 

Outside there is parking for 1 car adjacent to the property.

Guests can explore the   Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in   Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and  The South West Coast Path The Donkey Sanctuary Crealy and  Seaton Tramway are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from  Paddleboarding and  water skiing to Golf at   Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including  Otterton Mill and  The Pig at Combe.
