Overview

Shimoda set on Cliff Road is a stunning detached front-line property on the Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It boasts a large south facing garden, magnificent sea views, ample parking and is just a two-minute walk to the Esplanade and town in Sidmouth.

Sidmouth is surrounded by exceptional countryside- much of which has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty or is owned by the National Trust. This busy and attractive town, with its abundance of interesting, independent shops and eateries is well worth a visit, whilst the esplanade overlooks the picturesque and tranquil clean beach.

Sidmouth & East Devon host an array of events throughout the year from Sidmouth Walking Festival & guided walks, Sidmouth Science Festival, Budleigh Salterton Literary Festival, Connaught-at-Christmas, Exeter Christmas Market and Sidmouth International Jazz & Blues Festival.  During the first week of August Sidmouth hosts the annual; Folk Festival which really brings the town alive with folk music concerts, dancing, children's events and street performances.

The house is very spacious and stylishly furnished throughout, making it a perfect holiday home for special occasions & family reunions.
