Just a short walk off the River Otter with lovely riverside walks, the renowned Golden Lion Inn at Tipton St John is a gentle stroll, serving excellent food. Harpford is a peaceful little hamlet on the banks of the River Otter, in the middle of the glorious East Devon countryside. The seaside towns of Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton are an easy 10 to 15-minute drive away

The entrance door leads into the chalet. On the left-hand side there is a double bed room with an en suite walk in shower and WC. On the right-hand side is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. French doors lead out onto a patio area with a table and chairs. Private parking for 2 cars
