Seagull Cottage

A beautifully presented character cottage located in the heart of Sidmouth town centre within a short level walk of the lovely individual shops, restaurants, pubs and of course the beach with its long esplanade. The cottage has been completely refurbished to a very high standard with quality furnishings and tasteful colour schemes throughout. Much care and thought has been given in making this a really lovely holiday cottage to stay in at any time of the year.

The front door leads to an open plan living room with feature fireplace and gas wood burner effect fire. 

There is a well-equipped kitchen with quality appliances and equipment and a back door leading to a pretty enclosed rear courtyard with patio furniture, a real suntrap for the afternoon and evening sun.

From the kitchen, stairs lead to the first floor where there is a beautiful and spacious bedroom with king size bed and some fitted bedroom furniture and TV.

The tiled bathroom suite has a shower over bath, W.C and hand basin. 

On the second floor there is another spacious twin bedroom, with TV and lovely views over the roof tops, this room does have sloping ceilings!   

Parking: Jacob's Ladder long stay car park is a 15 minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon car parks

Sidmouth is a brilliant base for any age of guest, enjoy delicious food at great retaurants such as    The Pea Green Boat  and    Lympstone Manor. Explore a range of activities on offer from nearby beaches along the    South West Coat Path to day trips with the kids to    The Donkey Sanctuary and    Pecorama.
