Salty Cottage is a spacious cottage, located in a pretty, quiet residential area of the town centre within a short level walking distance of the town centre shops, restaurants, and beach. It has been fully modernised to include a fitted quality kitchen and bathroom with tasteful decor and furnishings throughout. The owners have given much thought and care to ensure their holiday home is comfortable and welcoming. A real advantage is the lovely enclosed patio style garden at the rear.

There is level access to the entrance lobby with a wood effect floor into the cosy, tastefully furnished living room with dining area. There is a separate well equipped fitted kitchen with quality appliances plus a downstairs cloakroom with WC.

On the first floor there are two pretty, spacious bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a single bed. 

There is a fitted white bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. 

Parking: Nearby there is unrestricted roadside parking or the long stay car park is a 15-minute walk away at Manor Road Car Park weekly tickets are £25.00 per week and cover all East Devon Council car parks.

Sidmouth is a brilliant base for any age of guest, enjoy delicious food at great restaurants such as  The Pea Green Boat to  Lympstone Manor. Explore a range of activities on offer from nearby beaches off the  South West Coat Path to day trips to  The Donkey Sanctuary and  Seaton Tramway. There is  paddleboarding & kayaking available over the summer from Sidmouth beach or enjoy a round of golf at    Sidmouth or  Honiton Golf Club.
