Salty Cottage is a spacious cottage, located in a pretty, quiet residential area of the town centre within a short level walking distance of the town centre shops, restaurants, and beach. It has recently been fully modernised to include a newly fitted quality kitchen and bathroom with tasteful decor and furnishings throughout. On the first floor there are two pretty, spacious bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a single bed.  A newly fitted white bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Nearby there is unrestricted roadside parking or the long stay car park is a 15-minute walk away at Jacobs Ladder Car Park weekly tickets are £25.00 per week and cover all East Devon Council car parks.
