Roundball Farm

Roundball Farm barn conversions have been transformed into high quality holiday accommodation on Roundball farm which has been in the same family for four generations and is still a working farm. The owners, Ian & Kathryn live next door in the farmhouse and are always on hand to give advice and help.  Guests are welcome to walk around the farm and see the cows, calves, chickens, ducks and goats. Roundball Farm is located along a quiet country lane just off the centre of Wiggaton which is a hamlet in between Sidmouth and Ottery St Mary. Ideal for exploring this part of Devon with many local walks from the property, including the Coleridge link and the nearby  East Devon Way. A tea time treat awaits your arrival!

The accomodation is comprised of three properties detailed below: 

Bamford Barn, sleeping 2: The accommodation is beautifully furnished with high quality kitchen and bathroom fittings. A spacious, farmhouse style kitchen with dining table. A spacious living room. Cloakroom with WC.   Stairs from living area to first floor lead to the master bedroom with a king size bed and lovely outlook over surrounding countryside. En-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and separate bath, hand basin and WC.  Outside there is a pretty enclosed sitting area overlooking the fields. The fields surrounding the farm are available for the guests to explore.

Guernsey Cottage: A spacious, farmhouse style kitchen with dining table. A cosy living room. Cloakroom with WC.   Stairs from hallway to first floor lead to the master bedroom with a king size bed and lovely outlook over surrounding countryside. En-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, hand basin and WC.   A second   bedroom with a king size zip and link bed (can be made up a single beds on request) and a single bedroom with 2'6" single bed.  A shower room with hand basin and WC. Outside there is a pretty enclosed sitting area overlooking the fields, large play area for ball games with football goal, swing ball. 

The Teddy House: A spacious, farmhouse style kitchen with dining table. A living room with door leading to courtyard. Cloakroom.   Stairs from kitchen to first floor.   A spacious master bedroom with lovely outlook over surrounding countryside. and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, hand basin and WC.  A twin bedroom and a third bedroom with zip and link beds; The bed will be made up as a super king unless you request for two single beds prior to arrival. A s shower room with hand basin and WC. Outside there is a pretty sitting area and garden with a brook running through- this area is not enclosed.

This is the perfect location for a family & friends holiday to remember, relax in the blissfull countryside or explore the nearby towns and beaches. There are delicious nearby restaurants such as The Golden Lion in Tipton St John and The Pig at Combe.
