This spacious detached house is located in one of the most prestigious residential areas of Sidmouth, just off the Byes National Trust parkland and River Sid, which is a lovely level walk or cycle ride to the sea front and town centre. The secluded, south-facing garden is a real delight with lawned area and  garden furniture. Rosemount is ideally located to explore Sidmouth and the world renowned Jurassic coastline and other Devon attractions. Rosemount has been completely refurbished in 2019 with new furnishings, carpets, decoration, designer kitchen and quality bathroom fittings.

There is a large entrance porch and hall with rooms leading off. The Contemporary kitchen has integrated appliances and family breakfast table plus access to the enclosed rear garden.

The living room has a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating for 6. There is a second living room/games room with a large flat screen TV and access to conservatory overlooking the rear garden, the french doors lead to the south-west facing garden.

Off the inner hall there is a single bedroom with a WC adjacent.

There are easy rising stairs to the first floor.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and en-suite shower room with WC.

Plus a further bedroom with super king 6' bed that can be separated to make 2 single beds on request.

The family bathroom has a bath, walk in shower  and WC. 

There is private off road parking for two cars adjacent to the property. 

Guests can explore the   Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in   Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and  The South West Coast Path The Donkey Sanctuary Crealy and  Seaton Tramway are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from  Paddleboarding and  water skiing to Golf at   Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including  Otterton Mill and  The Pig at Combe.
