From the parking space the main door leads into an entrance hall with a utility cloakroom, washing machine and downstairs w.c.

A door leads into the spacious living room with a wood burner, stacked bookshelf, Smart TV and comfortable sofas to seat up 6 to guests.

This leads on to the separate kitchen and dining area, perfect for spending time with family and friends. The attractive kitchen has modern shaker style kitchen units and granite countertops with integrated applicances, there is an under the counter fridge and separate freezer, with plenty of counter space and storage.

Doors lead from the kitchen into a small conservatory style room with patio doors to the beautifil lower courtyard area which enjoys sun throughout the day.

Guests can explore the  Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in  Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and The South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy and Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including Otterton Mill and Lympstone Manor. There are two pubs within walking distance, The Fountain Head and The Masons Arms, along with the Sea Shanty shop and cafe on Branscombe Beach.
