Riverlea

Riverlea is a charming  recently refurbished ground floor annexe. It features a sloped entrance that leads into a well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample storage.

Off the kitchen, you'll find a spacious main bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and a wardrobe for your belongings.

The second bedroom has twin beds which can be conveniently converted into a super-king bed upon request, providing flexible sleeping arrangements.

The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, toilet, and WC. Additionally, there's a utility cupboard with a washing machine and extra storage space.

The cozy living room boasts a dining area suitable for four guests, two comfortable sofas, and a smart TV with freeview for your entertainment. French doors from the living area step down to a private garden area, with outside seating for 4 guests to relax and enjoy the afternoon sun. As you unwind in the garden, listen to the soothing sounds of the river nearby. Please note the garden is not enclosed. 

Parking- There is parking for 1 or 2 cars on the gravel drive next to the property.

From the property guests can explore the Sidmouth Esplanade, take a walk through the tranquil Connaught Gardens, or visit the Sidmouth Museum to learn about the town's rich history. For nature enthusiasts, the South West Coast Path provides breathtaking views and scenic walks. Sidmouth also boasts a range of delightful shops, cafes, and restaurants, ensuring you have everything you need within easy reach.
