Riverdale Rest is a charming semidetached cottage next to the river Sid on the edge of The Byes in Sidmouth. It is a short walk down through the Byes National Trust parkland to the picturesque town and seafront or you can walk from the door to join the coastal path via beautiful woodland. Stroll up the Byes for a pub lunch at the Blue Ball.
Downstairs there is a comfortably furnished sitting room with an electric fire. A well-equipped, fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and a dining table and chairs. A downstairs w.c. Stairs from the front door lead up to the first floor where there are two light airy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an outlook over the front of the property. The second bedroom has a double bed and an outlook over the garden below. There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath, washbasin, WC and a heated towel rail. At the back of the cottage there is a large, very pretty enclosed garden with an undercover courtyard and a patio with sun in the afternoon. Seating for four guests and plenty of space for a BBQ or drying beach towels. There is a private parking for two cars at the front of the property.
