Rest Ashored

Rest Ashored is a stylish, modern, spacious second floor apartment with views over Exmouth Marina. Step outside and you are within a level walk of the lovely individual shops, restaurants, pubs and the beach with its long esplanade. The apartment is newly refurbished to a very high standard with luxury furnishings throughout. Much care and thought has been given in making this a superb holiday apartment to stay in at any time of the year.

The apartment has one assigned parking space and the building is accessible via stairs from the entrance door. A hallway leads into open plan living/dining/kitchen area where the large windows create a bright and sunny space at any time of day.

There is a lounge area with comfy sofas and internet TV. Glass doors lead out onto a balcony that is the perfect place to sit and see the boats and ways of marina life.

The fully equipped luxury kitchen has high quality appliances, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Off the hallway, a door opens to a double bedroom, it has a king size bed with sumptuous cotton bedding.

There is a further single bedroom.

There is a fully tiled bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, basin and WC.

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required for a relaxing break. It is a thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned  RSPB bird sanctuary, long sandy beach, superb coastal walking along the  South West Coast Path, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town's attraction. In addition to boat days, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there's always  Otterton Mill,  Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the  Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the  cathedral city of Exeter, and the all absorbing  Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset. In terms of visitor attractions and coastal lifestyle you won't find much better than Exmouth.
